研究目的：

通过临床评分、影像评分及定量磁共振，评价 HUCMSCs 膝关节腔注射治疗骨关节炎的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical score, imaging score and quantitative magnetic resonance were used to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of HUCMSCs injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.3 个月内进行过关节腔注射治疗的患者； 2.膝关节影像学 X 片 KL 分级＞2 级； 3.12 周内出现过膝关节感染，或 12 周内出现过膝关节损伤； 4.类风湿性关节炎及其他自身免疫性关节炎； 5.存在消化道溃疡、冠心病等使用非甾体抗炎药物禁忌的患者； 6.合并有肿瘤、糖尿病、血液系统疾病、局部皮肤病及全身过敏的患者； 7.存在免疫缺陷或 12 周内接受过免疫抑制治疗的患者； 8.4 周内接受过抗凝或抗聚治疗； 9.存在其他严重疾病无法配合研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had received intra-articular injection therapy within 3 months; 2. KL grade of knee imaging X-rays > Grade 2; 3. Had a knee infection within 12 weeks, or had a knee injury within 12 weeks; 4. Rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune arthritis; 5. Patients with gastrointestinal ulcer, coronary heart disease and other contraindications to use NSAIDS; 6. Patients with tumor, diabetes, blood system diseases, local skin diseases and systemic allergies; 7. Patients with immunodeficiency or who have received immunosuppressive therapy within 12 weeks; 8. Received anticoagulation or anticoagulation therapy within 4 weeks; 9. Patients with other serious diseases who could not cooperate with the study.

由临床医生使用简单随机法（计算机法）生成随机数字。受试者按照入组的先后顺序分别对应随机数字，实现分组。每名受试者的双腿一个为对照组，一个为试验组，将20名受试者的膝盖随机分为两组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random numbers are generated by the clinician using a simple randomization method (computer method). Subjects were grouped according to random numbers corresponding to the order in which they were enrolled. The legs of each subject were one control group and one experimental group, and the knees of 20 subjects were randomly divided into two groups.
