研究目的：

1.查明中部地区拟行IVF-ET/ICSI男性人群的维生素D缺乏水平和分布状态； 2.阐明男性体内维生素D水平与IVF-ET、ICSI临床结局之间的关联程度，尤其是受精率，可利用胚胎率，囊胚形成率，临床妊娠率，流产率，活产率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify vitamin D level and distribution in the male population undergoing ivf-et/icsi on the central region of China; 2. To clarify the correlation between vitamin D and clinical outcome of IVF-ET and ICSI, especially the fertilization rate, available embryo rate, blastocyst formation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, influence the rate of live births.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）采用横断面研究，以在本中心行IVF-ET-ET和ICSI助孕的男性为研究对象，以研究对象做试管前常规检查剩余的血液为生物样本，通过化学发光法检测25(OH)D水平，评估研究对象维生素D水平的分布状态。（2）维生素D水平与IVF-ET临床结局的相关性：通过前瞻性队列研究，在控制年龄、BMI、基础FSH、促排卵方案以及女性维生素D水平等混杂因素后以临床妊娠率为主要指标，受精率、优胚率、囊胚形成率、着床率、流产率为次要指标，。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1) In a cross-sectional study, men planned to conduct ivf-et or ICSI in the reproductive center ere regarded as the research object. We acquired the remaining blood from the research object to do the routine examination before ivf for biological samples by chemiluminescence detecting 25 (OH) D level. (2) The correlation of vitamin D and IVF-ET through clinical outcome were assessed by a retrospective cohort study, including clinical pregnancy rates as the main index,and top embryo rate, blastocyst formation rate, implantation rate and abortion rate as the secondary indicators, after controlling for age, BMI, FSH, confounding factors and female vitamin D levels. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.评估维生素D分布。①合并其他风湿免疫系统疾病；②甲状腺
、甲状旁腺异常；③合并其他慢性疾病，如肝脏、肾脏、内分泌系统、血液系统，脑血管、皮肤疾病以及严重的胃肠道疾病；④外伤、感染、肿瘤等引起的关节疼痛；⑤半年以内曾接受维生素D类似物如阿法骨化醇、骨化三醇、维生素D及钙剂等治疗者。
2.分析维生素D与生殖结局相关性。行PGD治疗者，药物未控制的细菌性前列腺炎、近期发热等影响生育的因素; 服用可能影响精子功能药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The distribution of assessment of vitamin D: combined with other rheumatic diseases of the immune system; the thyroid, parathyroid dysfunction; the combined with other chronic diseases, such as liver, kidney, endocrine system, blood system, cerebral blood vessels, skin diseases and serious gastrointestinal diseases; the trauma, infection, tumor and other joint pain caused by less than half a year; who received vitamin D analogues such as alfacalcidol, vitamin D and calcium treatment;
2. analysis of vitamin D and reproductive outcome. the PGD treatment, bacterial prostatitis, fever and other recent factors affect fertility may affect sperm function; taking drugs.
