研究目的：

研究应用粪微生态制品移植术对肿瘤患者接受免疫检查点抑制剂治疗后出现相关肠炎的干预效果，评价其安全性和有效性，初步探讨微生态作用的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fecal microbiota transplantation on immune checkpoint inhibitor related colitis and explore the potential mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他疾病引起的腹泻或黏液脓血便； 2.有神经精神病史及酒精滥用史； 3.近1周使用抗生素的患者； 4.伴发其他系统严重疾病，如严重肝功能不全、心功能不全、肾功能不全等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diarrhea or bloody purulent stool that could explain by other disease; 2. Have a history of neuropsychiatric disorders or alcohol abuse; 3. Patients who received antibiotics within one week; 4. Patients who have other severe disease like severe hepatic insufficiency, heart insufficiency or renal insufficiency.
