1、中药配方颗粒不良反应/事件发生率； 2、中药配方颗粒患者信息、疾病信息、用药信息； 3、出现中药配方颗粒不良反应患者的不良反应表现、转归、严重性、持续时间、采取措施等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The incidate rate of ADR/AE of Traditional Chinese Medicine formula granules; 2. Patient information, disease information and drug information of Traditional Chinese Medicine formula granules; 3. Adverse reaction manifestations, outcome, severity, duration and measures taken in patients with adverse drug reaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine formula granules.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组需排除经过专家组确定的已知的可能由其他原因导致的不良反应/事件的患者，排除的病例也需要像病例组一样获取详细信息，经研究者与专家组进行审核与复核后再排除。

Exclusion criteria：

The case group needs to exclude patients who are known to have adverse reactions/events that may be caused by other reasons as determined by the expert group, and the excluded cases also need to obtain detailed information like the case group, and then be excluded after being reviewed and rechecked by the researcher and the expert group.
