研究目的：

面对逐渐增多的四肢手术患者，针对临床骨科常见的髋膝关节置换术、足踝手术等所采用的连续神经阻滞，我们提出建立全新的符合局麻药药效和药代学的最优化、个体化的神经阻滞量化输注模型，将极大减少局麻药物用量和相关并发症，使神经阻滞向精确化、可控化方向发展。  

Objectives of Study：

With the increase of limb surgery patients, for continuous nerve block of the clinical orthopedic common hip and knee arthroplasty, ankle surgery, we propose to establish a optimized and individualized quantitative infusion model of nerve block corresponding pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of local anesthetics, to greatly reduce the amount of local anesthetic drugs and related complications, so that the nerve block could be accurate and controlled.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）拒绝参与该试验的病人； （2）有医疗纠纷的病人； （3）有严重心肺疾患的病人； （4）对局部麻醉药物过敏者； （5）心电图有择期手术禁忌； （6）血常规、凝血常规、大便常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、术前病原学等实验室检查有明显异常者； （7）甲肝、乙肝、艾滋病、结核等传染性疾病处于活动期者； （8）病人麻醉穿刺部位皮肤有感染； （9）病人有严重肢体畸形； （10）术前情绪过度紧张者； （11）不能配合麻醉医生和外科医生的要求，有精神疾病者； （12）对疼痛特别敏感的病人； （13）研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验的疾病研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) refused to participate in the test patients;
(2) patients with medical disputes;
(3) with severe heart and lung diseases patients;
(4) to local anesthetic drug allergy;
(5) had elective operation contraindication of ecg;
(6) blood coagulation, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, renal function, preoperative etiology, laboratory examination are obviously abnormal;
(7) hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases in the active stage;
(8) patients anesthesia puncture site skin infection;
(9) patients with severe limb deformities;
(10) preoperative excessive emotional stress;
(11) does not fit the anesthesiologist and surgeon's request, the mentally ill;
(12) are especially sensitive to pain;
(13) researchers think disease research should not participate in the clinical trial.
