研究目的：

对入选的1型或者2型糖尿病的患者进行规律性随访观察，每1-2年进行肝肾功能、电解质、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、眼底、尿微量白蛋白等糖尿病相关并发症项目的检测，以探讨糖尿病患者慢性并发症转归及其相关危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Regular follow-up was performed on selected patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus. Each year and two years were tested for diabetes-related complications such as liver and kidney function, electrolyte, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin, fundus, and microalbuminuria to investigate the prognosis of chronic complications and their related risk factors in diabetic patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗非酮症昏迷、泌尿系感染、严重的心、肝、肾功能不全，以及风湿性疾病等系统性疾病；2.服用甲氰咪胍、三甲氧苄二氨嘧啶药物史;3.接受肾移植治疗患者；4.在过去的5年内有任何系统的恶性肿瘤病史；5.已知的肾动脉狭窄；6.任何现存的威胁生命的状况，预计存活期在2年以内；7.在过去的12 个月内有药物或酒精滥用的病史或证据。

Exclusion criteria：

1. diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic nonketotic coma, urinary tract infection, severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, rheumatic diseases and other systemic diseases;
2. Take the history of cimetidine and trimethoprim;
3. Patients receiving kidney transplantation;
4. In the past 5 years have any systematic malignancy history;
5. Known renal artery stenosis;
6. Any existing threat to life,expected survival is within 2 years;
7. The history or evidence of drug or alcohol abuse in the past 12 months.
