研究目的：

建立一个ESD术后疼痛的列线图并进行模型验证，以在术前识别ESD术后发生急性疼痛的高危患者，及时给予干预。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a column diagram of pain after ESD and validate the model, in order to identify high-risk patients with acute pain after ESD and give timely intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术后常规泵注镇痛药物的患者； 2.因非手术部位疼痛服用镇痛药物治疗的患者； 3.手术前服用镇痛药物的患者； .4术后严重并发症(穿孔、出血、术后24h内转入ICU等)的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with postoperative routine pump analgesic drugs; 2. Patients taking analgesic drugs for non-surgical site pain; 3. Patients taking analgesic drugs before surgery; 4. Patients with serious postoperative complications (perforation, bleeding, transfer to ICU within 24 h after surgery, etc.).
