明确体循环动脉-肺循环瘘的存在是否是大咯血患者支气管动脉栓塞术后咯血复发的危险因素

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the recurrent rate of the patients with systemic arterial-pulmonary circulation shunts was higher than the rate of the patient without systemic arterial-pulmonary circulation shunts following bronchial artery embolization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.造影剂过敏
2.凝血功能异常引起的咯血
3.活动性结核引起的咯血
4.恶性肿瘤引起的咯血

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contrast hypersensitivity;
2. Uncorrectable coagulation function;
3. Active tuberculosis;
4. malignant tumor
