研究目的：

運用手握手（UH）遠距課程讓家屬學習手餵技巧，以減少重度失智症患者負向進食行為，並改善其營養狀態，同時減輕家庭照顧者之照顧負荷。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the nutritional status of dementia patients and decrease the family members’burden.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

兩小時遠距課程，課程腳本規劃:第一小時課程共四章節，包括營養重要性及營養不良定義、失智症營養不良導因、營養評估與失智症的負向進食；第二小時共三章節，包括短劇、手握手進食技巧(UH)介紹與教學與應用篇。第一小時課程影片網址：https://youtu.be/fv83JybcZT8；第二小時課程影片網址：https://youtu.be/tGvFu-iSmYE。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其照顧對象於收案期間因病情變化住院或去世者； 2.其照顧對象預計入住長照機構者； 3.其照顧對象使用管灌餵食者； 4.收案期間非預期更換家庭照顧者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. You family was pass away during the study; 2. Your family is preparing to move in the long term care facility; 3. You family is feeding via NG tube; 4. For unexpected reason, you can't be the major family caregiver during the study.
