1.明确青光眼及外伤性视神经损伤过程中后视路功能变化 2.明确青光眼及外伤性视神经损伤过程中后视路神经纤维束损伤 3.探究青光眼及外伤性视神经损伤的继发性后视路损伤的病理进程及发生机制

1. Identify the changes of posterior optic tract function in optic neuropathy 2. Identify the posterior optic nerve fiber bundle injury in optic neuropathy 3. To explore the pathological process and pathogenesis of optic neuropathy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：排除其他疾病引起的视神经改变或视野缺损如垂体占位、糖尿病视网膜病变等。病例及对照组均排除己知的大细胞／小细胞通路相关疾病如色盲、色弱、偏头痛等。 排除磁共振禁忌症：体内植入性金属如心脏起搏器，幽闭恐惧症，妊娠期

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Optic nerve changes or visual field defects caused by other diseases such as pituitary occupancy and diabetic retinopathy were excluded. Known diseases related to large cell/small cell pathway such as color blindness, color weakness, migraine, etc. were excluded in both cases and controls. Contraindications to MRI were excluded: in vivo implanted metals such as pacemakers, claustrophobia, pregnancy
