研究目的：

本研究探讨骨痛灵酊联合推拿手法治疗原发性膝骨性关节炎的疗效，并得出一种行之有效的治疗膝骨关节炎的方法，从而降低在该病的投入，以期对膝骨性关节炎的治疗提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide a reference for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by exploring the effect of Gutongling tincture combined with massage manipulation for primary knee osteoarthritis and obtaining an effective method for it, thereby reducing the investment in the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发性膝骨关节炎，包括且不限于由小儿麻痹症、外伤导致的； 2.并肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者； 3.正在参加其他药物临床研究的受试者； 4.不接受本治疗方案者； 5.精神或法律上的残疾者； 6.怀疑有酒精、药物滥用病史，或根据判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化； 7.具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary knee osteoarthritis, including but not limited to those caused by polio or trauma; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, and psychiatric disorders; 3. Subjects participating in clinical studies of other drugs; 4. Those who do not accept this treatment plan; 5. Persons with mental or legal disabilities; 6. Suspect a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or based on judgment, reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment; 7. Other lesions or situations that reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment.
