研究目的：

本研究通过检测慢性心衰患者服药后静脉血中醛固酮水平及Treg细胞的活性已经相关炎症因子的水平，评估依普利酮对慢性心衰患者循环中Treg细胞的影响。阐释慢性心衰的致病分子机制，为心衰药物治疗开辟了新靶点和新途径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study assessed the effect of eplerenone on circulating Treg cells in patients with chronic heart failure by detecting the level of Aldosterone in venous blood and the activity of Treg cells and the level of inflammatory factors related to it after taking drugs. The elucidation of the pathogenic molecular mechanisms of chronic heart failure has opened up new targets and pathways for drug treatment of heart failure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18或＞80； 2.血清肌酐水平＞2.5毫克/分升； 3.血钾水平＞5.0毫摩尔/升； 4.瓣膜性心脏病手术治疗、对研究药物有禁忌症、使用过其他醛固酮受体拮抗剂； 5.恶性肿瘤及其他危及生命的非心脏疾病； 6.法律上无行为能力患者； 7.吸毒酗酒史； 8.孕妇及产后妇女、研究期间母乳喂养的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age<18 or>80; 2. Serum creatinine level>2.5 milligrams per deciliter; 3. Blood potassium level>5.0 mmol/L; 4. Surgical treatment for valvular heart disease, contraindications to investigational drugs, use of other aldosterone receptor antagonists; 5. Malignant tumors and other life-threatening non cardiac diseases; 6. Patients with legal incapacity; 7. History of drug and alcohol abuse; 8. Pregnant and postpartum women, as well as women who breastfed during the study period.
