研究目的：

健康组： 1、采用经颅磁刺激绘制出健康受试者双侧大脑咽部肌群运动MEP 区，完善脑功能网络图； 2、探究健康人群中吞咽优势半球与利手的关系； 3、了解健康人群左右两侧半球吞咽肌群运动阈值和最大MEP差值范围； 4、探究采用非导航经颅磁刺激方法绘制的吞咽脑区的重测信度；卒中组： 1、绘制卒中受试者双侧大脑咽部肌群运动MEP 区，并对绘制出的卒中受试者双侧大脑咽部肌群运动功能区与健康受试者的进行对比分析，了解卒中后大脑半球咽部肌群运动功能区的位置变化及相关联系； 2、了解rTMS治疗对卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响； 3、与rTMS治疗前的吞咽脑区对比，了解rTMS治疗对吞咽脑区位置和脑区重塑的影响； 4、与健康受试者吞咽脑区对比，了解rTMS治疗后吞咽脑区的位置变化。

Objectives of Study：

Healthy Group: 1. To determine the topographic representation of pharyngeal constrictor musculature by using TMS 2. To determine the relationship of swallow representation to handedness; 3. To determine pharyngeal resting motor threshold of both hemisphere and the defferentials between the two; 4. To determine the test-retest reliability of TMS mapping. Patients' Group: 1.Mapping the pharyngeal musculature in stroke patients motor cortex,and to determine the change and correlation between post-stroke patients and the healthy persons; 2.To determine the efficacy of TMS on swallowing ability; 3.To determine whether patients topographic representation changed after TMS and figure out the brains way of healing; 4.To determine the defferent topographic representation between patients received TMS treatment and those of healthy persons.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康组：
1、既往有消化道疾病病史；
2、处于怀孕期的女性；
3 、ＴＭＳ禁忌的患者，如颅内植入金属、脑肿瘤、颅内压增高者。
卒中组：
1、伴有严重抑郁及人格障碍等精神疾病不能配合治疗的患者；
2、其他系统性神经疾病所致的吞咽功障碍者，头颈部恶性肿瘤所致吞咽功能障碍者；
3、此次发病前已存在吞咽困难,饮水呛咳症状者；
4 、处于怀孕期的女性；
5 、ＴＭＳ禁忌的患者，如颅内植入金属、脑肿瘤、颅内压增高的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Healthy Group:
1. history of esophageal disease;
2. Pregnant;
3. having contraindications to receiving TMS,including metel implants, brain tumor and intracranial hypertension.
Patients' Group:
1. with severe psychiatric diseases;
2. dysphagia contributed by other neurological diseases or head and neck neoplasms;
3. already have swallowing problems before this onset;
4. Pregnant;
5. having contraindications to receiving TMS,including metal implants, brain tumor and intracranial hypertension.
