研究目的：

1. 以抑郁症为研究对象，通过分析其多维度认知和多模态影像学数据，探索 rTMS治疗不同疗效组多维度神经认知功能的特点，以及其多模态影像学特征。 2. 整合多维度神经认知和多模态影像学的发现，建灵敏度和准确性高的疾病rTMS 疗效预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Taking depression as the research object, by analyzing its multi-dimensional cognition and multi-modal imaging data, the characteristics of multi-dimensional neurocognitive function and multi-modal imaging characteristics of rTMS treatment groups with different therapeutic effects were explored. 2. Integrated the findings of multi-dimensional neurocognition and multi-modal imaging to build a highly sensitive and accurate disease rTMS efficacy prediction model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重躯体疾病、神经系统疾病者； 2.符合 DSM-Ⅳ的任何其他精神障碍诊断者； 3.体内有金属物件(如金属假牙、心脏起搏器等)影响磁共振检查者； 4.色盲等不能有效完成检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with serious physical or neurological diseases; 2. Any other diagnosed mental disorder that meets DSM-IV criteria; 3. Individuals with metal objects in their bodies (such as metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.) that affect magnetic resonance imaging examination; 4. Those who cannot effectively complete the examination, such as color blindness.
