研究目的：

1.分析不同基因在MDS患者中的突变频率，基因突变之间的相关性，以及对总体生存和白血病转化的影响； 2.通过绘制总体生存函数、白血病转化风险函数及计算一致性指数（C-index），与IPSS-R模型对比，验证IPSS-M风险模型在我国MDS患者中的预测效力及应用价值； 3.根据患者生存及白血病转化数据，分析影响MDS患者生存和转白的独立预后因素，建立适用于我国MDS患者人群的预后风险评估模型。

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the mutation frequency of genes in MDS patients, the correlation between gene mutations, and the impact on overall survival and leukemia transformation; 2. To verify the predictive efficacy and application value of the IPSS-M risk model in MDS patients in China; 3. To analyze the independent prognostic factors affecting the survival and AML transformation of MDS patients, and establish a risk model more suitable for China MDS patients.
