研究目的：

探讨刺络放血术治疗肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎（GLM）肿块型患者的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy of pricking blood in the treatment of Granuloma lobular Mastitis (mass type) patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）拒绝合作或因有精神疾患等无法合作者； 2）哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者； 3）可疑恶性病变患者； 4）有严重器质性疾病，随访困难，依从性差的患者； 5）糖尿病患者及营养状态太差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who refuse to cooperate or are unable to cooperate due to Mental disorder; 2) Patients with acute Mastitis during lactation; 3) Patients with suspected malignant lesions; 4) Patients with severe organic diseases, difficult to follow-up, and poor compliance; 5) Patients with diabetes and patients with poor nutritional status.
