研究目的：

探讨app在原发性高血压管理中的应用价值，从而进一步了解是否可使用现代化信息网络技术（app）管理血压，从而使患者受益。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the value of app in the management of primary hypertension. To research whether using modern information network technology (app) to manage blood pressure can benefit the patient.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）小于18岁及大于80岁患者
（2）继发性高血压患者
（3）文盲、或基本读写功能受损以及生活不能自理的患者
（4）合并严重心肺疾病、肿瘤等疾病不适合此项临床试验者
（5）预期寿命小于半年的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension;
2. People who are illiterate, or have impaired basic literacy, and cannot live alone;
3. Patient combined with severe heart and lung disease, tumor and other diseases is not suitable for this clinical tria;
4. Peaple can't live for half an year.
