研究目的：

1.基于eNECTM风险评估工具构建新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎全程护理管理模式； 2.将构建的全程护理管理模式应用于我院新生儿科病房，旨在降低确诊NEC（Ⅱb期）和晚期NEC（Ⅲa、Ⅲb期）的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a total care management model for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis based on the eNECTM risk assessment tool; 2. The constructed full care management model was applied to the neonatal ward of our hospital with the aim of reducing the incidence of confirmed NEC (stage IIb) and late NEC (stage IIIa and IIIb).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.新生儿排除标准： （1）先天性消化道畸形者，包括先天性巨结肠、肠闭锁、肠旋转不良等； （2）入院诊断为NEC（包括疑似NEC）者； 2.新生儿照护者排除标准：主要照护者不统一。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neonatal exclusion criteria: (1) Those with congenital gastrointestinal anomalies, including congenital megacolon, intestinal atresia and poor bowel rotation; (2) Those with an admission diagnosis of NEC (including suspected NEC); 2. Neonatal caregiver exclusion criteria: Primary caregivers are not uniform.
