通过回顾性调查研究来探索风湿病患者及其家属在感染新冠病毒后的症状特征及预后差异，分析其差异的相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the differences in clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients with rheumatism and their families after infection with COVID-19 by retrospective study, and analyze the relevant influencing factors of the differences.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①除新型冠状病毒感染外合并其它影响病情观察的其他呼吸系统疾病； ②妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ③合并精神障碍、严重认知功能障碍、语言障碍，难以准确获取病情资料者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other respiratory diseases other than the COVID-19 affecting the observation of the disease; (2)Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; (3)Patients with mental disorders, severe cognitive dysfunction, language disorders, and difficulty in accurately obtaining disease data
