研究目的：

脑深部电刺激术治疗帕金森病的疗效和安全性仍然未知，本研究目的在于探究脑深部电刺激术治疗帕金森病的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The outcome and safety of deep brain stimulation (DBS) in the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) are still unknown. The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of DBS in the treatment of PD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有药物成瘾史、脑损伤史、或精神疾病史；(2)显著的震颤症状或体内有金属植入物等，无法完成 MRI 扫描；(3)不能在停药 12h 后完成相关认知和 MRI检查，或者服用安坦等影响认知功能药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of drug addiction, brain injury, or mental illness; (2) inability to complete MRI scan due to significant tremor symptoms or metal implants in the body; (3) Patients could not complete the relevant cognitive and MRI examinations after 12 hours of drug withdrawal, or take drugs that affect cognitive function such as antane.
