比较基于PRO的症状管理新模式降低鼻咽癌放疗患者中重度口干（≥4分）发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the new symptom management model based on PRO to reduce the incidence of moderate and severe dry mouth (≥4 points) in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.意识障碍或有精神疾病史 2.交流、认知功能异常，不具备量表填写能力 3.并发其他肿瘤 4.并发心、肝、肾等脏器功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disorder of consciousness or history of mental illness 2. Abnormal communication and cognitive function, no ability to fill in the scale 3.Complications with other tumors 4. Complicated heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction
