研究目的：

从临床样本分析中探究外泌体来源 circSLC26A4 在宫颈癌发生及转移的临床相关性和预后判断价值。本项目结合我们前期研究基础和已有的文献研究，针对临床痛点下手，目前尚无宫颈癌筛查血样标记物，提出 circSLC26A4 可作为临床 biomarker 的黄金备选分子，利用了外泌体作为“液体活 检”的一种形式，利用血液中外泌体及外泌体 RNA（eRNA）的检测，挖掘其作为临床优异的分子标记物的价值，为肿瘤的临床诊断和预后评估提供新的视角。从精细调控机制方面提出外泌体 circSLC26A4 可能调控宫颈癌免疫逃逸进程，并通过临床样本、细胞实验进行探究，本项目的顺利实施对于理解非编码 RNA 与其他重要的生物分子的相互作用、网络及其结构基础增添新的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical relevance and prognostic value of exosome-derived circSLC26A4 in the development and metastasis of cervical cancer from the analysis of clinical samples. This project combines our previous research and existing literature studies to address the clinical pain point that there is no blood marker for cervical cancer screening, and proposes circSLC26A4 as a golden alternative molecule for clinical biomarker, using exosomes as a form of "liquid biopsy", using blood We propose that exosomes can be used as a golden alternative molecule for clinical biomarker, and that exosomes can be used as a form of "liquid biopsy" to detect exosomes and exosomal RNA (eRNA) in blood to explore their value as excellent molecular markers for clinical diagnosis and prognostic assessment of tumors. We propose that exosomal circSLC26A4 may regulate the immune escape process of cervical cancer in terms of fine tuning mechanism, and investigate it through clinical samples and cellular experiments.

排除标准：

1.其它组织类型的宫颈恶性肿瘤； 2.既往患有或同时合并其它部位恶性肿瘤； 3.已经接受过相关治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of cervical malignancies; 2. Previously suffering from or coexisting with malignant tumors in other areas; 3. Patients who have received relevant treatment.
