研究目的：

通过探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)患者中DPP IV表达/活性变化对AMPK/SIRT1/NRF2/HO1信号通路表达改变的影响，提出DPP IV 表达/活性变化在T2DM患者中PTC的侵袭性形成作用机制的新认识，期待DPP IV作用通路的研究为T2DM合并PTC患者的靶向治疗提供新的分子靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

By exploring the effect of changes in DPP IV expression/activity on the expression of AMPK/SIRT1/NRF2/HO1 signaling pathway in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC), we proposed a new understanding of the mechanism of the aggressive formation of PTC in patients with T2DM. It is expected that the study of DPP IV pathway of action will provide new molecular targets for targeted therapy in patients with T2DM complicated with PTC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 1型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病； 2.严重心脑血管疾病或严重肾脏、肝脏、肺等疾病； 3.患有除甲状腺癌外的其他内分泌恶性肿瘤及其他系统恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or serious kidney, liver, lung and other diseases; 3. Suffering from other endocrine malignancies and other systemic malignancies, except for thyroid cancer.
