2.1 有效性目的：阐明胆维丁乳改善甲状腺切除术后低钙血症的有效性； 2.2 安全性目的：阐明胆维丁乳用于甲状腺全切围术期安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

2.1 Effectiveness Objective: To clarify the effectiveness of cholvidine milk in improving hypocalcemia after thyroidectomy; 2.2 Safety Objective: To clarify the perioperative safety of cholvidine milk in total thyroidectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝肾功能不全（定义为存在以下任一情况：黄疸指数阳性， ALT＞75U/L， AST＞69 U/L，Cr＞92μmol/L，BUN＞7.1mmol/L）； 2.维生素D增多症，高磷血症伴肾性佝偻病（＞1.6mmol/L），术前即存在低钙血症（＜2.1mmol/L）或高钙血症（＞2.75mmol/L），低镁血症（＜0.7mmol/L）； 3.ASA分级≥3； 4.日常服用维生素D（≥200IU/d）或钙补充剂（≥600mg/d）； 5.患有影响维生素D或钙吸收的疾病，如乳糜泻、小肠功能紊乱等； 6.术前服用包括抗癫痫药物、双磷酸盐、顺铂、氨基糖苷类、糖皮质激素类、利尿剂或质子泵抑制剂等影响钙剂或维生素D吸收的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hepatorenal insufficiency (defined as any of the following conditions: positive jaundice index, ALT > 75U/L, AST > 69 U/L, Cr > 92 μmol/L, BUN > 7.1mmol/L); 2. Hypervitamin D, hyperphosphatemia with renal rickets (> 1.6 mmol/L), hypocalcemia (< 2.1 mmol/L) or hypercalcemia (> 2.75 mmol/L), hypomagnesia (< 0.7 mmol/L) before surgery; 3. ASA grade >= 3; 4. Daily vitamin D (>= 200 IU/d) or calcium supplement (>= 600 mg/d); 5. Have a medical condition that affects the absorption of vitamin D or calcium, such as celiac disease, small intestine dysfunction, etc.; 6. Preoperative use of drugs that affect calcium or vitamin D absorption, including antiepileptics, bisphosphonates, cisplatin, aminoglycosides, glucocorticoids, diuretics or proton pump inhibitors.

Intervention：

At 6:00 a.m. on the first day after surgery, blood was drawn to measure blood calcium and then intravenous calcium supplement 3 g/d x 2 d. Calcium and Vitamin D tablets (Calcic tablets with calcium 600 mg and vitamin D3 125 IU) were taken from the 3rd day after surgery, 1 tablet each night until 4 weeks after surgery.
