研究目的：

本项目拟采用社区试验评价适合控制/降低心血管代谢疾病发病风险的合理膳食模式对60岁以上人群的干预效果，为构建适合我国人群的预防心血管代谢疾病的膳食模式提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study tends to use a community trial to promote and apply the intervention effect of a healthy dietary pattern for controlling and reducing the risk of cardiometabolic diseases on people aged over 60, providing further scientific evidences for constructing a dietary pattern suitable for preventing cardiometabolic diseases in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.慢性病晚期阶段、被诊断为精神障碍或者恶性肿瘤； 2.合并严重的泌尿、循环、呼吸、消化、风湿免疫、内分泌系统疾病无法配合研究； 3.认知功能障碍、文盲和语言沟通障碍； 4.行动不便或卧床无法配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Being late stage of chronic disease, diagnosed as mental disorders or malignant tumors; 2. With serious urinary, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, rheumatic, immune, and endocrine system diseases, who cannot cooperate with research; 3. With cognitive impairment, illiteracy, and language communication barriers; 4. Having difficulty moving or stay in bed, who cannot cooperate with research.
