研究目的：

对比太极推拿特色手法与湿热物理治疗在改善疼痛及颈椎功能障碍方面的差异，明确太极推拿特色手法干预亚急性非特异性颈痛的临床疗效。采用同位素标记(iTRAQ)技术筛选亚急性非特异性颈痛中差异表达蛋白，验证太极推拿特色手法干预前后差异蛋白变化并分析其生物学过程，进而提高太极推拿特色手法的应用及推广价值，深化研究太极推拿特色手法效应机制的生物学基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the difference between tai chi tuina characteristic manipulation and damp-heat physical therapy in improving pain and cervical dysfunction, and to clarify the clinical efficacy of tai chi tuina characteristic manipulation in treating subacute nonspecific neck pain. Using isotope labeling (iTRAQ) technology to screen differentially expressed proteins in subacute non-specific neck pain, verify the changes of differentially expressed proteins before and after the intervention of tai chi massage characteristic manipulation and analyze its biological process, so as to improve the application and promotion value of tai chi massage characteristic manipulation, and deepen the study of the biological basis of the effect mechanism of tai chi massage characteristic manipulation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有颈椎影像学报告提示：颈椎融合，颅底凹陷征、半脱位，颈椎畸形，椎体极度不稳等； 2.有颈椎骨折、脱位等外伤病史； 3.颈肩部有皮肤破损等； 4.VAS评分大于5分，伴上肢放射性疼痛、麻木； 5.颈性眩晕，发作时伴恶心呕吐等； 6.既往有循环、血液系统，肿瘤、结核等疾病； 7.精神病患者；妊娠及哺乳期； 8.正在参加其他临床试验对本研究有干扰者； 9.一周内有口服止痛药物者； 10.未签署知情同意书；经研究者评估不适合参加临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous cervical imaging reports suggest: cervical fusion, skull base depression sign, subluxation, cervical deformity, vertebral instability, etc.; 2. Have a history of trauma such as cervical spine fracture and dislocation; 3. Neck and shoulder skin damage; 4. VAS score greater than 5 points, with upper limb radioactive pain, numbness; 5. Cervical vertigo, accompanied by nausea and vomiting during attack; 6. Previous circulation, blood system, tumor, tuberculosis and other diseases; 7. Mental patients ; pregnancy and lactation; 8. Those who are participating in other clinical trials that interfere with this study; 9. Patients with oral analgesic drugs within a week; 10. Did not sign the informed consent; it was evaluated by researchers not suitable for clinical trials.

采用随机数字表法将76名受试者随机分为A组和B组，A组采用太极推拿治疗，B组采用湿热物理治疗，健康对照组不做治疗。

76 subjects were randomly divided into group A and group B by random number table method. Group A was treated with Tai Chi tuina treatment, group B was treated with damp heat physical therapy, and the healthy control group was not treated.
