研究目的：

本团队改进了现有的机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺根治性切除术中常用的膀胱尿道吻合术，创造性的提出了一种新型的尿路重建方式。本研究的目的是对比采用新型尿道重建方式与传统的膀胱尿道吻合术的患者的术后尿失禁情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Our team improved the traditional vesicourethral anastomosis which are commonly used in robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RARP) and proposed a novel urethral reconstruction technique. The purpose of this study was to compare the postoperative urinary incontinence in patients undergoing the rethral reconstruction technique with patients undergoing traditional vesicourethral anastomosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤发生转移无法通过手术达到根治效果 2. 合并严重的心脑血管并发症 3. 合并严重的精神系统、神经系统疾病 4. 肝肾功能差 5. 拒绝接受机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺根治性切除术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tumor metastases that cannot be cured by surgery. 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. 3. Severe psychiatric and neurological diseases. 4. Poor liver and kidney function. 5. Refusal to undergo robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.
