研究目的：

目的：本文的最新研究是找出一些难治性皮肤疾病的新疗法和技术。iPSC的研究目前引人注目， 我们正在探索为一些麻烦疾病提供干细胞治疗和机制研究的新方法。我们将来自不同病人体外成纤维细胞重编程为iPSC，如瘢痕疙瘩，白癜风，牛皮癣，皮肤恶性肿瘤等。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: The related research of introduced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is striking nowadays. Meanwhile, dermatology needs to find some new therapies and techniques for some refractory diseases. We are exploring new methods to provide stem cell therapy and mechanism research for some troublesome diseases, aquiring iPSCs generated from the fibroblasts of different patients lesions in vitro, such as keloid, psoriasis, vitiligo,skin malignant tumor and so on.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1. 明显感染症状和体征，或实验室检查无感染证据
2. 就诊前1 月内系统使用过免疫抑制剂等影响全身免疫功能的药物
4. 皮肌炎、银屑病、风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病以及其他过敏性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obvious signs and signs of infection, or laboratory tests without evidence of infection
2. Immunosuppressive drugs such as systemic immune function were used in the month before treatment
3. Dermatitis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases and other allergic diseases

本研究收取样本的工作将在2017年7月至2017年11月间由皮肤科医生进行，随机手术采集3名银屑病患者及3名白癜风患者，3名皮肤癌患者以及正常人的相关信息及皮肤组织。

In this study, samples were collected from July 2017 to November 2017 by dermatologists, randomized patients were collected from 3 patients with psoriasis and 3 patients with vitiligo, 3 patients with skin cancer and normal information And skin tissue.
