研究目的：

1.探讨认知-运动双任务训练对卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的有效性。 2.探讨可变优先级双任务训练较固定优先级双任务训练对卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-motor dual task training on upper limb function recovery in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. 2. To explore the effect of variable-priority dual-task training compared with fixed-priority dual-task training on upper limb function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肩部有严重的炎症或脱位者； 2.严重的听力、视力障碍或失语导致不能完成训练的患者； 3.改良Ashworth分级<2级，主被动活动困难者； 4.并发其他的骨科疾病如骨折等，需要关节制动的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe inflammation or dislocation of the shoulder; 2. Patients with severe hearing, visual impairment or aphasia that prevent them from completing training; 3. Improved Ashworth grading< Level 2, active and passive activity difficulties; 4. Patients complicated by other orthopedic diseases such as fractures and need joint immobilization.

康复治疗师将符合纳排标准的108例患者，随机分为三组。具体方法：按照患者的纳入时间（入院时间）进行顺序性编号，即1-108号。通过Excel表中的“函数-Rand”，得出108个不相同的随机数字。将这108个不相同的随机数字根据数字的大小进行排列，第1-36为对照组，第37-72为实验组1（固定优先级），第73-108为实验组2（可变优先级）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The rehabilitation therapist randomly divided 108 patients who met the criteria for inclusion into three groups. Specific method: Sequential numbering according to the time of admission (time of admission) of patients, i.e., 1-108. Through the "function-rand" in the Excel table, 108 different random numbers are obtained. These 108 different random numbers were arranged according to the size of the numbers, with 1-36 for the control group, 37-72 for experimental group 1 (fixed priority), and 73-108 for experimental group 2 (variable priority).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由对本实验分组不清楚的治疗师对患者进行评定，并将评定结果汇入excel表中整合，然后通过SPSS软件进行统计学分析。 由治疗师根据患者的入院转接单，对患者进行初步评定并对患者进行MBI，Fugl-Meyer评定量表，MSS量表的评估，然后进行数据整合

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Patients were evaluated by therapists who were unclear about the grouping of this experiment, and the results were integrated into an excel table, and then statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Based on the patient's admission referral form, the therapist performs an initial assessment of the patient and evaluates the patient on the MBI, Fugl-Meyer rating scale, MSS scale, and then data integration.
