研究目的：

观察末梢灌注指数PI的变化能否客观评估股神经阻滞在膝关节镜手术的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the change of peripheral perfusion index PI can objectively evaluate the clinical effect of femoral nerve block in arthroscopic knee surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 体重指数≥30kg/m² 2: 术前存在外周血管疾病病史 3: 术前存在进行性神经肌肉疾病病史 4: 术前存在高血压、糖尿病病史 5: 术前存在神经功能缺损病史 6: 术前存在精神障碍、语言障碍、不能配合的患者 7: 术前存在局部麻醉穿刺禁忌的患者，例如：对局部麻醉剂过敏、凝血障碍或局部感染 8: 术前服用可影响血管收缩药物，例如α或β受体阻滞剂等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Body mass index >=30kg/m^2; 2. Preoperative history of peripheral vascular disease; 3. Preoperative history of progressive neuromuscular disease; 4. Pre-operative history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 5. Preoperative history of neurological deficits 6. Patients with preoperative mental disorders, speech disorders, or inability to cooperate; 7. Patients with preoperative contraindications to local anesthetic puncture: For example, allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation disorders or local infections; 8. Pre-operative administration of drugs that can affect vasoconstriction,for example, alpha or beta blockers, etc.
