研究目的：

探讨Gd-IgA1及其免疫复合物、NETs在IgAV和IgAVN中的表达水平，明确Gd-IgA1及其免疫复合物、NETs参与IgAV的发生和IgAVN的形成，并且进一步证明Gd-IgA1及其免疫复合物可以通过刺激中性粒细胞释放NETs在IgAV中发挥作用，为进一步明确IgAV的发病机制及其针对性治疗提供靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the expression levels of Gd-IgA1 and its immune complexes and NETs in IgAV and IgAVN, and confirm that Gd-IgA1 and its immune complexes and NETs are involved in the occurrence of IgAV and the formation of IgAVN. It is further proved that Gd-IgA1 and its immune complex can play a role in IgAV by stimulating neutrophil release NETs, providing a target for further clarifying the pathogenesis of IgAV and its targeted treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.IgAV患儿排除标准： （1）既往IgAV病史； （2）既往有其他急慢性肾脏病史； （3）住院期间患有急性感染性疾病者； （4）近一月有糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂使用者。 2.IgAVN患儿排除标准： （1）既往有急慢性肾脏病史； （2）住院期间患有急性感染性疾病者； （3）近一月有糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂使用者。 3.孤立性血尿患儿排除标准： （1）既往有IgAV病史； （2）既往有急慢性肾脏病史； （3）住院期间患有急性感染性疾病者； （4）近一月有糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂使用者。 健康儿童组排除标准： （1）既往有IgAV病史； （2）既往有急慢性肾脏病史； （3）既往有其他慢性病史； （4）近半月有急性感染性疾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for children with IgAV: (1) History of IgAV; (2) History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (3) Acute infectious disease during hospitalization; (4) History of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant use in the last month. 2. Exclusion criteria for children with IgAVN: (1) History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (2) Acute infectious disease during hospitalization; (3) History of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant use in the last month. 3. Exclusion criteria for children with Isolated hematuria: (1) History of IgAV; (2) History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (3) Acute infectious disease during hospitalization; (4) History of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant use in the last month. 4. Exclusion criteria for the healthy children group: (1) History of IgAV; (2) History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (3) History of other chronic diseases; (4) History of acute infectious disease in the last half month.
