研究目的：

（1）构建孕产期疲乏临床评估指标体系。 （2）构建孕产期疲乏对母婴危害的评价体系。 （3）评价孕产期疲乏风险评估干预方案的母婴疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct the clinical evaluation index system of pregnancy and perinatal fatigue. (2) Establish the evaluation system of the harm of pregnancy and perinatal fatigue to mothers and infants. (3) To evaluate the maternal and infant efficacy of the risk assessment intervention program for pregnancy and perinatal fatigue.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1).孕前慢性疲乏或抑郁症史;(2).孕妇有遗传代谢性疾病或染色体异常疾病者;(3).胎儿明确诊断畸形或孕早期母体致畸病毒感染者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of chronic fatigue or depression before pregnancy; (2) Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; (3) The fetus is clearly diagnosed as infected with malformation or teratogenic virus in the early pregnancy

（1）9~11 次常规产前检查，高危妊娠酌情增加；（2）孕妇常规保健及胎儿常规评估，按照孕期保健指南实施，包括病史询问、一般体格检查、产科检查、实验室检查对孕妇健康和胎儿的生长发育状况进行评估；（3）孕妇及家属常规产前健康宣教，按照目前常规，至少 4 次以上孕妇学校，宣教内容包括孕期营养、活动、家庭自我监护、常规并发症的识别及预防、阴道分娩的好处、临产前的准备与临产症状的识别、母乳喂养知识等内容。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

(1) 9~11 routine prenatal examinations, high-risk pregnancies increased as appropriate; (2) Routine health care for pregnant women and routine assessment of the fetus, carried out in accordance with the guidelines for prenatal health care, including medical history inquiry, general physical examination, obstetric examination and laboratory examination to assess the health of pregnant women and the growth and development of the fetus; (3) Routine prenatal health education for pregnant women and their families. According to the current routine, at least four times of pregnant women's schools, including pregnancy nutrition, activities, family self-monitoring, identification and prevention of routine complications, the benefits of vaginal delivery, preparation before delivery and identification of symptoms, breastfeeding knowledge and other content.
