研究目的：

1.了解胃食管反流患者夜间反酸症状的分布比例 2.提高消化医生对夜间反酸及相关食管外症状的诊治重视 3.探讨胃食管反流患者夜间反酸的规范化管理策略

Objectives of Study：

1. To know the distribution of gastro-esophageal reflux disease patient with nocturnal acid reflux in China; 2. To improve the Gastroenterologist's attention on diagnosis and treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease patient with nocturnal acid reflux; 3. To investigate the standardized management strategy of gastro-esophageal reflux disease patient with nocturnal acid reflux.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

非胃食管反流病（GERD）患者或复诊的GERD患者
年龄<18岁或>79岁的患者
初诊GERD患者但是无夜间症状或夜间症状出现频率＜1 次/周
曾进行过胃肠道外科手术
患有影响睡眠的全身性疾病如心律失常、COPD、哮喘、心衰
无法获得完整的病例报告
患者未签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-GERD or referral GERD patients;
2. Aged less than 18 years of age or over 79 years;
3. Newly diagnosed GERD patients without night symptoms and occurance of night symptoms is less than 1 time/week;
4. With previous gastrointestinal surgery;
5. With systemic diseases that affect sleep, such as cardiac arrhythmias, COPD, asthma and heart failure;
6. Full case report unavailable;
7. Patient Informed Consent not signed.
