探究不同温度局麻药液用于硬膜外分娩镇痛对产时发热的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of different temperature local anesthetics on intrapartum fever during epidural labor analgesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多胎妊娠； 2.基础体温高于37.5℃； 3.妊娠合并甲状腺功能异常； 4.胎膜早破或有其他感染高危因素； 5.脊柱畸形无法行硬膜外穿刺； 6.凝血功能障碍； 7.局麻药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Basic body temperature above 37.5 degree C; 3. Pregnancy with thyroid dysfunction; 4. Premature rupture of membranes or other risk factors for infection; 5. Spinal deformity can not be epidural puncture; 6. Coagulation disorders; 7. Local anesthetic drug allergy.
