研究目的：

通过临床试验研究，评价降脂轻身胶囊治疗高脂血症（痰湿阻遏证）的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lipid Reducing and Lightening Capsules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia (evidence of phlegm-dampness obstruction) through clinical trial studies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）继发性血脂异常：长期、大剂量服用药物引起的血脂异常紊乱，或者由于内分泌疾病、肝肾疾病等疾病引起的血脂异常； （2）怀孕、哺乳期妇女，或是正在备孕妇女； （3）HMG-CoA 还原酶抑制剂过敏的病患； （4）糖尿病、消化性溃疡或吸收不良综合征等影响体重变化的相关疾病； （5）由于基因异常导致的具有遗传倾向的家族性血脂异常； （6）精神病患者； （7）有严重肝病或肾功能不全，有严重心功能不全及其他重大的心血管事件的患者； （8）其他研究者认为不适宜参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary dyslipidemia: dyslipidemia disorders caused by long-term or high-dose medication, or dyslipidemia caused by endocrine diseases, liver and kidney diseases, etc. (1) Secondary dyslipidemia: dyslipidemia caused by long-term, high-dose medication, or dyslipidemia caused by endocrine diseases, liver and kidney diseases, etc; (2) Pregnant or lactating women, or women who are preparing for pregnancy; (3) Patients who are allergic to HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors; (4) Diseases related to weight change such as diabetes, peptic ulcer or malabsorption syndrome; (5) Familial dyslipidemia with a genetic predisposition due to genetic abnormalities; (6) Patients with mental illness; (7) Patients with severe liver disease or renal insufficiency, severe cardiac insufficiency and other major cardiovascular events; (8) Other patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are not suitable for participation in this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究随机化方法选用区组随机法，采用 SAS 软件产生随机序列，将试验组和对照 组按照 1：1 的比例进行分组，具体操作如下： （1）设计给定种子数和区组长度 （2）生成区组号和区组内随机数字并与药物编号进行一一对应 （3）按照 1：1 的比例，在区组内划分为试验组和对照组，最终得到区组随机结果。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, the randomization method was selected from the block randomization method, and SAS software was used to generate random sequences to group the test and control groups in a 1:1 ratio. The test and control groups were grouped in the ratio of 1:1 as follows: (1) Design the given number of seeds and group length (2) Generate zone numbers and random numbers within zones and match them with drug numbers (3) Divide the test group and the control group in the zone group according to the ratio of 1:1, and finally obtain the randomized results of the zone group.
