研究目的：

1.经过2周试验性治疗有效后，探索使用ICS/LABA治疗慢性咳嗽有效的疗程； 2.经过2周试验性治疗无效后，加用抗反流治疗慢性咳嗽时ICS/LABA有效的疗程； 3.探索能够预测治疗反应的生物标志物，为临床医生做出更好的临床决策指导。

Objectives of Study：

1. After 2 weeks of experimental treatment, to explore an effective course of treatment for chronic cough using ICS/LABA; 2. After 2 weeks of ineffective experimental treatment, the effective course of ICS/LABA in the treatment of chronic cough with anti reflux therapy; 3. To explore biomarkers that can predict treatment responses and provide better clinical decision-making guidance for clinical doctors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入组前四周内使用了全身皮质类固醇、ICS 或 ICS 联合 LABA 或 ICS 联合 LABA+LAMA；或出现急性呼吸道感染； 2.患有明确诊断的慢性呼吸系统疾病，例如 COPD、囊性纤维化、支气管扩张症、间质性肺病、肺结核、肺癌等； 3.患者有已知的咳嗽的重要危险因素，包括但不限于：服用 ACEI/ARB类药物； 4.患者有严重的全身疾病，包括心力衰竭、肾衰竭、肝衰竭，但存在高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等基础疾病时不需要排除（基础疾病稳定，只需药物维持），保持原用药方案使用； 5.目前处于妊娠或哺乳期的育龄妇女； 6.入组前3个月接受过免疫抑制剂治疗或参与临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within four weeks before enrollment, systemic corticosteroids, ICS or ICS combined with LABA or ICS combined with LABA+LAMA were used; Or acute respiratory infections may occur; 2. Suffering from clearly diagnosed chronic respiratory diseases, such as COPD, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc; 3. Patients have known important risk factors for cough, including but not limited to: taking ACEI/ARB drugs; 4. Patients with serious systemic diseases, including heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, but basic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes do not need to be excluded (basic diseases are stable, only need drug maintenance), and maintain the use of the original drug regimen; 5. Women of childbearing age who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Individuals who have received immunosuppressive therapy or participated in clinical research three months prior to enrollment.
