研究目的：

比较骨切除术与结合自体血小板浓缩物的再生术治疗浅骨袋术后一年的疗效，为浅骨袋的临床治疗决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of osseous resective surgery and regenerative surgery combined with autologous platelet concentrate in treating shallow infrabony periodontal defects, so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment decisions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患牙 III 度松动、预后无望、或骨袋与根分叉病变相关； 2.短期内计划怀孕的妇女、孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 3.吸烟者； 4.正接受正畸治疗者； 5.患有未控制的糖尿病等影响组织愈合的全身疾病者； 6.对再生材料过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Teeth with grade III mobility, hopeless prognosis, or the defects associated with furcation involvement; 2. Women who plan to become pregnant in the short term, pregnant or lactating women; 3. Smokers; 4. Receiving orthodontic treatment; 5. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or other systemic diseases that affect tissue healing; 6. Patients who are allergic to grafting materials.
