研究目的：

1.分析心血管手术患者术后神经损伤的危险因素； 2.评价TCCD联合rSO2对心血管手术患者术后神经功能损伤的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the risk factors of postoperative nerve injury in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery; 2. To evaluate the predictive value of TCCD combined with rSO2 for postoperative nerve function injury in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颈动脉严重狭窄者； 2.术中发生未预料到的意外者； 3.术前已有颅脑损伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe carotid artery stenosis; 2. Unexpected intraoperative accident; 3. Preoperative craniocerebral injury.
