研究目的：

本研究基于单细胞测序和多组学技术，探寻重症肺炎患者与非肺炎患者肺泡盥洗液等样本的免疫细胞差异表达图谱和基因、代谢产物的差异表达，以期找到能够评估重症肺炎患者免疫状态和预测患者预后的标志物，为重症肺炎患者的早期临床治疗方法的调整提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on single-cell sequencing and multi-omics technologies, this study explores the differential expression patterns of immune cells and genes/metabolites in bronchoalveolar lavage samples of patients with severe pneumonia and non-pneumonia controls, in order to identify biomarkers that can evaluate immune status and predict patient prognosis, providing reference for adjusting early clinical treatment methods for patients with severe pneumonia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁； 2.恶性肿瘤患者； 3.有免疫性疾病或使用免疫抑制剂患者； 4.妊娠期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with immune disease or use of immunosuppressants; 4. Patients during pregnancy.
