研究目的:

1.明确E.coli Nissle 1917通过调节肠道微生物群以及循环代谢产物抑制APOE-/-小鼠动脉粥样硬化。 2.筛选关键代谢产物并探究其在E.coli Nissle 1917影响APOE-/-小鼠动脉粥样硬化中的作用。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To demonstrate that E.coli Nissle 1917 inhibits atherosclerosis in APOE-/- mice by regulating gut microbiota and circulating metabolites. 2. To screen key metabolites and explore their roles in E.coli Nissle 1917 affecting atherosclerosis in APOE-/- mice.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

近一年内有胃肠道手术,严重的胃肠道慢性疾病,恶性肿瘤,感染性疾病,自身免疫性疾病,严重的肝、肾功能不全(CKD分期≥3期),曾在过去3个月接受抗生素治疗连续超过3天。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients had gastrointestinal surgery within the previous year, severe chronic gastrointestinal disease, malignant tumor, infectious disease, autoimmune disease, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (CKD stage ≥3), and had received antibiotics for more than 3 consecutive days in the previous 3 months.
