比较上方角膜切口联合ICL植入与颞侧角膜切口联合TICL植入矫正高度近视合并低中度散光的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the visual outcomes between superior corneal incision with ICL implantation and temporal corneal incision with TICL implantation for high myopia with low-to-moderate astigmatism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.角膜屈光手术史； 2.眼表、眼内手术史； 3.角膜内皮病变、眼底病变、青光眼、白内障等眼部器质性病变； 4.不规则散光； 5.超过-18.0D的高度近视。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of corneal refractive surgery; 2. History of fundus disease and intraocular surgery; 3. Corneal endotheliopathy; 4. Irregular astigmatism; 5. High myopia exceeding -18.0D.
