研究目的：

1、探讨语言-认知功能能否解释人工耳蜗植入后言语识别能力的个体差异； 2、探讨人工耳蜗植入对患者在心理、认知方面的积极影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring whether language-cognitive functions can account for individual differences in speech recognition ability after cochlear implantation; 2. Investigating the positive effects of cochlear implantation on patients' psychological and cognitive aspects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

人工耳蜗植入候选者排除标准： 1.患有先天性耳聋、语言障碍及视力障碍患者； 2.患有精神疾病者； 3.临床确诊的痴呆患者。 既往行人工耳蜗植入者排除标准： 1.患有先天性耳聋、语言障碍及视力障碍患者； 2.患有精神疾病者； 3.临床确诊的痴呆患者。 正常对照排除标准： 1.患有语言障碍及视力障碍患者； 2.患有精神疾病者； 3.临床确诊的痴呆患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Cochlear implantation candidacy exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital hearing loss, language disorders, and visual impairments; 2. Patients with mental illnesses; 3. Clinically diagnosed dementia patients. Previous cochlear implant recipient exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital hearing loss, language disorders, and visual impairments; 2. Patients with mental illnesses; 3. Clinically diagnosed dementia patients. Normal control exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with language disorders, and visual impairments; 2. Patients with mental illnesses; 3. Clinically diagnosed dementia patients.
