研究目的：

探索轻度创伤性脑损伤（mTBI）后认知功能障碍与肠道菌群的相关性，以期以肠道菌群为识别、干预靶点，实现mTBI后认知功能障碍患者精准的症状管理，促进患者安全、舒适、快速康复。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between cognitive dysfunction and intestinal flora after mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), with the aim of taking intestinal flora as the target of identification and intervention, to achieve accurate symptom management for patients with cognitive dysfunction after mTBI, and to promote patient safety 'safe, comfortable and rapid recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在恶性心律失常的患者；②存在恶性肿瘤的患者；③在留取粪便样品的近3个月内服用过抗生素、类固醇等激素、中草药制剂（包括口服，肌肉注射或静脉注射）、微生态制剂或其他影响肠道菌群药物或制剂的患者；④入院后4-8天无法获取粪便标本者；⑤排除肠道疾病和腹泻患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant arrhythmia; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients who have taken antibiotics, steroids, and other hormones, Chinese herbal preparations (including oral, intramuscular, or intravenous), probiotics, or other drugs or preparations that affect the gut microbiota within the past 3 months of taking fecal samples; 4. Those who are unable to obtain fecal specimens within 4-8 days after admission; 5. Exclude patients with intestinal diseases and diarrhea.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.资料与标本收集：对进行资料收集的研究人员进行多次统一的规范化培训并设置考核项目，通过考核者方可进行工作；由经统一培训的研究人员指导患者留取粪便，尽量取粪便内层，避免马桶壁、尿液的污染，粪便的储存及运输过程均由研究者按照相关指南完成；收集的粪便标本将经过严格的质量检查后再进行后续分析。 2.数据录入与分析：数据录入前由专人对其进行核查，对有问题的条目及时电话联系患者进行修正。采用Epidata3.1建立数据库，录入方式为平行双盲录入并对数据进行一致性检验，对存在差异的数据进一步核查纠正；与统计学专家和生物信息学专家共同商议数据分析方法。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Data and specimen collection: Conduct multiple standardized training sessions for researchers conducting data collection and set assessment items. Only those who pass the assessment can proceed with their work; Trained researchers guide patients to collect feces and try to remove the inner layer of feces to avoid contamination of toilet walls and urine. The storage and transportation of feces are completed by researchers in accordance with relevant guidelines; The collected fecal samples will undergo strict quality checks before subsequent analysis. 2. Data entry and analysis: Before data entry, a dedicated person will verify it and promptly contact the patient by phone for correction of any problematic items. Establish a database using Epidata3.1, with parallel double blind entry and consistency testing of the data. Further verify and correct any discrepancies in the data; Negotiate data analysis methods with statistical and bioinformatics experts.
