探究中国北方寒冷地区2型糖尿病患者摄盐量与糖尿病视网膜病变是否存在相关性

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether there is correlation between the amount of salt intake and diabetic retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、其他类型糖尿病；
2、既往或现在罹患胰腺炎或其他胰腺疾病；
3、存在传染性疾病（肝炎、结核等）
4、中度和重度肾功能不全（定义为MDRD eGFR [应用MDRD公式计算的肾小球滤过率]<60ml/min/1.73m2）;
5、患有影响视力的其他眼部疾病（青光眼、葡萄膜炎等）
6、充血性心力衰竭（NYHA分级为III~IV级）
7、严重的精神系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. other types of diabetes;
2. suffering from pancreatitis or other pancreatic diseases in the past or present;
3. the existence of infectious diseases (hepatitis, tuberculosis, etc.);
4. moderate and severe renal insufficiency (defined as MDRD eGFR [glomerular filtration rate calculated by using the MDRD formula]<60ml/min/1.73m2);
5. suffering from other eye diseases (glaucoma, uveitis, etc.);
6. congestive heart failure (NYHA grade III~IV);
7. severe mental illness.
