①评估多模态MRI在急性缺血性脑卒中预后评估中的可行性和准确性。 ②确定与急性缺血性脑卒中预后相关的MRI图像特征。 ③建立预测模型，整合MRI图像特征和临床指标，预测患者的预后结果。 ④验证预测模型的有效性和可靠性  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of multimodal MRI in prognosis assessment of acute ischemic stroke. 2. To determine the MRI image features associated with the prognosis of acute ischemic stroke. 3. A prediction model was established to integrate MRI image features and clinical indicators to predict the prognosis of patients. 4.Verify the validity and reliability of the prediction model

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

依从性差不能配合MR检查者；伴颅内占位病变；静脉溶栓或血管内治疗患者；后循环缺血性卒中。

Exclusion criteria：

Poor compliance can not cooperate with MR Inspection; With intracranial space occupying lesion; Intravenous thrombolysis or intravascular therapy for patients; Posterior circulation ischemic stroke.
