研究目的：

（1）于综合治疗开始前、现有龋病治疗完成后即刻、1 个月、3 个月、6 个月进行菌斑采集，采用 16S rRNA 高通量测序，检测口腔菌群结构变化；进行家长问卷调查、受试儿童口腔检查、唾液 pH 检测分析其他风险因素变化。（2）探索基于幼儿园进行龋病综合管理的方式，建立“医疗机构-幼儿园-家长”龋病综合管理有效合作模式，积极在其他幼儿园推广运用，以降低学龄前儿童患龋率，提高龋补充填比。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Plaque collection was performed before comprehensive treatment, immediately after treatment, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to detect the structural changes of oral microflora.Parents questionnaire, oral examination and saliva pH test were conducted to analyze the changes of other risk factors. (2) To explore the way of comprehensive caries management in kindergartens, establish an effective cooperative mode of "medical institutions-kindergartens-parents" comprehensive caries management, and actively promote the application in other kindergartens, so as to reduce the caries prevalence rate of preschool children and improve the caries filling ratio.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①3 个月内使用过抗生素；②无法配合检查及治疗；③有口腔治疗经历；④肉眼可见的牙釉质牙本质发育不全；⑤需要口腔科急诊治疗（根尖周炎、牙外伤、间隙感染等）。

Exclusion criteria：

① Used antibiotics within 3 months;② can not cooperate with examination and treatment;3) Oral therapy experience;(4) Visible enamel dentine hypoplasia;(5) Emergency treatment is needed in stomatology (periapical inflammation, dental trauma, interstitial infection, etc.).
