研究目的：

本研究拟先通过常见离心运动模式制造肌肉疲劳并可导致DOMS的运动模型，使被试者目标肌肉产生疲劳，后续出现延迟性肌肉酸痛。随后通过对干预组在运动后即刻、运动后24、48、72小时等4个时间点施加相同的设备预设IPC干预方案（90mmHg，15min），并以TMG设备采集运动前1小时、运动结束后即刻、运动结束后24、48、72和96小时的肌肉状态数据（Dm，Tc，Ts，Td，Tr等），同时通过视觉模拟评分（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）采集主观疼痛感受，量化分析评估IPC干预方式对于延迟性肌肉酸痛的康复效果。为指导运动人群合理应用康复方案，减轻延迟性肌肉酸痛的不利影响，有效提高竞技体育水平和国民健康状况，为践行健康中国目标服务。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was proposed to create an exercise model of muscle fatigue that can lead to DOMS through common centrifugal exercise patterns first, causing fatigue in the subjects' target muscles and subsequent delayed muscle soreness. Subsequently, by imposing the same equipment-predefined IPC intervention protocol (90 mmHg, 15 min) on the intervention group at four time points, including immediately after exercise, 24, 48, and 72 hours after exercise, and collecting muscle status data with TMG equipment 1 hour before exercise, immediately after exercise, and 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours after exercise (Dm, Tc, Ts, Td, Tr, etc.), the subjective pain perception was collected by the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) to quantitatively analyze the effect of IPC intervention on the rehabilitation of delayed muscle soreness. To guide the sports population to apply the rehabilitation program reasonably, reduce the adverse effects of delayed muscle soreness, effectively improve the level of competitive sports and national health status, and serve the goal of practicing healthy China.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)充血性心力衰竭或肺水肿； (2)急性深静脉血栓、血栓性静脉炎； (3)淋巴或静脉回流完全受阻； (4)周围动脉疾病或溃疡； (5)下肢急性局部皮肤感染; (6)严重的低蛋白血症； (7)下肢急性外伤或骨折； (8)动脉血管重建术后； (9)未控制的高血压。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Congestive heart failure or pulmonary edema; (2) Acute deep vein thrombosis or thrombophlebitis; (3) Complete obstruction of lymphatic or venous return; (4) Peripheral arterial disease or ulcers; (5) Acute local skin infections of the lower extremities (6) severe hypoproteinemia; (7) Acute trauma or fracture of the lower extremity; (8) Post-arterial vascular reconstruction; (9) Uncontrolled hypertension

首日实验开始前，受试者逐个进入房间，从实验人员A手中两个相同的信封中随机抽取任意一张分别代表两个分组的两张不同颜色扑克牌，并根据所抽取牌面颜色进行相应分组，红色为干预组，黑色为对照组。
