研究目的：

1.延髓背外侧梗死后对角膜神经及眼表的影响。2.探索延髓背外侧梗死后神经营养性角膜病变患者的临床、影像特点及相关影响因素，早期评估和识别高危患者。3.延髓背外侧梗死患者的临床特点及预后相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effect of Dorsolateral Medullary Infarction (Wallenberg Syndrome) to crneal nerve and ocular surface. To analyze the clinical and imaging features and related factors of neurotrophic keratopathy due to Dorsolateral Medullary Infarction (Wallenberg Syndrome) in order to early evaluate and identify the high-risk patients. To find the clinical characteristics and prognosis related factors of Dorsolateral Medullary Infarction (Wallenberg Syndrome).

排除标准：

1. 无症状及体征的静止性脑梗死。2. 拒绝参与登记调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. no signs and symptoms of cerebral infarction;
2. no sign the informed consent.
