分析复发性流产患者不同叶酸代谢基因型的代谢组学和免疫表型特点，以及与妊娠结局的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to analyze the metabonomic and immunophenotypic characteristics of different folate metabolism genotypes in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss and the relationship with pregnancy outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①排除患心脑血管、肝肾、造血系统疾病或全身心疾病或精神疾病者；②排除近期使用免疫或抗凝制剂其他药物影响实验结果者。③女方合并有明确的自身免疫病，如SLE等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system diseases or systemic or mental diseases; 2. Recent use of immune or anticoagulant agents or other drugs that affect the experimental results. 3. The patients with autoimmune diseases, such as SLE.
