研究超声迷走神经刺激技术对药物难治性癫痫的临床治疗作用及安全性，为药物难治性癫痫探索新的临床治疗方法  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of ultrasound vagus nerve stimulation technology on drug-refractory epilepsy, and to explore new clinical treatments for drug-refractory epilepsy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）患有精神疾病，不能配合治疗；2）伴有宫内窘迫、难产、脑出血等可能导致继发性癫痫的疾病；3）严重的心脑血管疾病、严重肝肾功能异常等严重影响健康的全身性疾病；4）孕期或者有意怀孕的妇女、哺乳期妇女；5）颈部外伤、皮肤溃烂以及颈内血管结构异常等；6）研究者认为不宜参加临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Suffering from mental illness and unable to cooperate with treatment; 2) Accompanied by intrauterine distress, obstructed labor, cerebral hemorrhage and other diseases that may lead to secondary epilepsy; 3) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and other systemic diseases that seriously affect health; 4) Women who are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, lactating women; 5) Neck trauma, skin ulceration and abnormal structure of blood vessels in the neck; 6) Those who the investigator believes that it is not suitable to participate in clinical trials
